Sarah Rafferty

Sarah became a fan of acting at an early stage, even though she was still in high school. When her drama teacher caught her running across his lawn, in order to be late for field hockey practice he told her to skip practice and be part of the cast in Richard III and thus began her adoration of acting. Sarah decided to take her love of this art and further her education by studying English as well as Theatre at Hamilton College taking classes in theatre overseas in London and Oxford during her junior year and after having graduated magna cum laude at Hamilton then went on to pursue a degree in Yale Drama school. Sarah's parents guided her to pursue a career with the art. Her father is an accomplished painter, and her mother chaired the English Department of the Convent of the Sacred Heart, Greenwich CT. The education she received and her natural talents clearly rewarded. The actress has appeared in a variety of TV shows, including Law and Order Six Feet Under Brothers & Sisters Samantha Who? Without a Trace CSI Miami, Bones as well as feature films like Four Single Fathers or Falling For Grace as well as professional performance on stage such as As You Like It and Gemini. Apart from her acting roles on television Sarah acts as an advocate to the Alzheimer's Association and consistently speaks about the issue. Sarah hosted their Sardi's Party every year for the past three years and was the presenter the Sardi's party this year. Sarah lives on both east and west coasts along with her two daughters. Sarah travels to Toronto frequently for jobs.
